Project Information

These were my last projects made in Arizona this year. They were gifts for a couple of my friends' kids. One of them is 3 and he will have to get a bit more coordinated to catch the ball in the cup.
They were made of pine from the fire wood pile . One had a fine crack in it but it did not get any larger after it was finished. They are finishes with clear gloss spray lacquer. The balls were turned from some small rhododendron wood I had laying around .

If I stayed there any longer, they would not have any fire wood to burn!!!

Hi Jim, your work is always awesome and a pleasure to look at. Those are lovely gifts. I am sure the children love them. Your fire wood pile has some amazing pieces.

Thanks for sharing Jim
