Here's a garden bench that is made from cedar 2×4's and live edge white oak for the legs. The slab is biscuit joined and glued, the legs are from a tree from our yard that has been down for a while. The legs are attached with 1/2" dowels, I'll see how that holds up and how dry the Oak actually is
It's all finished with linseed oil
