This is my main work bench, with the Benchcrafted accessories of a Hi-Vise, and Moxon Vise. The bench is made from Victorian Mountain Ash.
Behind are my tool and storage cabinets, made from Fijian Mahogany.
Open view of my tool cabinets.
Mitre Saw Station, with storage for timber off-cuts underneath. Construction from Bitch Ply, with Fijian Mahogany veneered bench tops.
My "first" shop piece of furniture. This router table includes the Incra LS positioner, which is excellent. Tried to achieve an "industrial" look, using OSB, and painted red highlights.
Above the router table is a cabinet housing the tools for the router lift, and various router bits. All recycled timbers...
The table is positioned on a corner giving access in both directions.
Behind the router table in a corner of my garage is my lathe. Used initially for turning drawer pulls and knobs, but I'm beginning to expand my turning abilities....
My Sawstop is the central machine. The rope wall divides the garage from the car spaces.
The bench in the background was my first bench, re-built a few times.
My band saw uses my old bench as a run out table...
I use a JET combination Planner and Thicknesser. It's an excellent machine, but the extension rollers are a big help...
Sanding machines...
Hollow Chisel Mortiser - one that I reconditioned....
My sharpening station...
