Project Information
I have been absent for a while because of some health issues and apologize for not being around and commenting but I am making some progress and have spent some time in the shop lately .
There will be some follow up but it should go easy and not slow me down too much again .
My daughter wanted a banana holder and this is what I came up with ,a fruit stand for her kitchen complete with a tray .
Her husband likes the Steam Punk look and that is what I tried to incorporate in this design with the new kerf bend design I came up with for this project .
Made from birch and the tray is from IKEA finished in beeswax and mineral oil mix to make it food safe .
If anyone would like to see the arch being made look for it soon as a separate post as I am making more of these and will take some pics this time .
