That is a nice chair. It looks like you made two different styles. (The Apr/May 08 Woodcraft mag has a build design for this style of chair, if anyone wants to build one) I know what my next build is. Thanks Roz.

Thanks guys…. Rikkor, the cut out is a handle. There are a lot of river bank fishermen hear and I wanted to make these easily portable.

Thanks, I have never seen the plans. I bought a couple of chairs from an old man at a mountian top "trade day" positioned between the coon dog's and the tractors. I made and modified my pattern from rough chairs he made. I wanted to make it more functional. They have been a huge hit. You can see one of the old chairs in the background of the picture. They are still going strong.
