Project Information

Hello everyone.
Long ago saw the work on turning the LJ's, so that led me to find out price and more. After a while suddenly I was given an offer by a metal lathe! And I said "I have to try." It was another time to make the legs and go while preparing some tips, and some attempts.
Finally this weekend I was free and I could devote a little more.
Already had some wood glue because I had asked for a rolling pin. I really loved working and outcome. Use some hand tools, and others, with the carriage of the lathe. First part completed and satisfied.
As I remained some time, look at my memory something simple. Remembered that Marpintero, had spun. So try this. Good result, so I made two more models.
Very happy with the result. Admired the work and expanding the list of "to do".
A big hug to everyone.

Innovative use of a metal lathe. Remember that speed control is really important on a lathe !

Very good acquisition Gerardo. Glad we could inspire the first job. I like your tips straight model, although most beautiful, rounded tips are more awkward to use. A hug and good luck with those turns!
