Project Information

I made this table as a wedding present recently, construction is all dimensional lumber from the big box store.
Top is 2×10 ripped to 8" wide and the legs are laminated 2×4. As I don't have a Jointer the matching edges were jointed using my table saw and jig for ripping a straight edge. Then using a long flat piece of MDF I shimmed under each board and then ran it through my planer to flatten/level wide face of each board. For the finish is I applied 4 coats of General Finishes Gel Stain *candelite" and then sealed it with their HP topcoat.

a router table is on my to-do list. I'm planning on adding it to my table saw as an extension wing
