Project Information

Saw machineagelamps.com at an art show and I like their stuff. So I tried my hand at a sofa table inspired by them. I found this tractor front end when we were tearing down a barn, and we made this table from it. I added some turnbuckles for support as the top piece was twisted. They keep it nice and straight.

The grill from that A,B,or C also shows twists and many war scars! Would look fantastic in aequipment dealers or a farm shop lounge area!

Beau,

I'm a follower/participant of studio art furniture. When the piece takes on a life different from it's origins such as this one. It's a success. You have honored the artist you are inspired by. I found that using a solid backdrop and some good lighting will enhance the interest in the piece.
