Project Information
The Entertainment Center was built to hold a 70" flat screen TV and loads of DVD's. It was put in the corner of a downstairs family room and designed for displaying some items, but mostly storage behind doors. Cherry MDF sheet goods were used for the cases and cherry hardwood for the doors and face frames. The doors covering the electronics were a bit of a challenge because the TV cabinet was 65+" wide. After several variations, piano hinges were used and the doors open upwards.
