Showcase cover image for Entertainment Center

Project Information

Sorry I'm not sure why the pictures downloaded upside down but I am a woodworker not an IT specialist. This is our entertainment center we built ove the summer. The lower half is Maple, the live edge slab is Kauya Crotch with Ebony keys. The cracks are filled with crushed black garnet and epoxy. The finish is 1/3 boiled linseed oil, 1/3 semi-gloss varnish, 1/3 mineral spirits sanded into the wood to 600 grit.

Did you design it with the baskets or did your wife add those in after the fact?

Nicely done.
I was thinking of asking if you could post some pix closer up so we could see that nice looking table top.
But I won't press my luck….............
