Project Information
This was one of my very first shop projects. The initial design was from Jay Bates Drill Charging Station. It grew from there and its sole purpose was to be a location for all of my Porter Cable 20v tools. It was fun to learn how to use pocket holes and some basic woodworking techniques.
As my interest grew I changed to a different tool platform and now I need to make some modifications to fit my Milwaukee line. Adding simple magnetic strips to this really helped for storing the bits that I use most often. Since the milwaukee chargers are much larger I started mounting them on the side under the circular saw. I still use my porter cable jig saw and have not adopted their 20v nailers (I highly recommend these) so I keep one of those chargers.
If you want more detailed pictures, let me know and I will clean it up and take some quality ones.
