Workshop Information

Location
United States
My new workshop - all units modified to be modular and mobile. Admittedly, the plans were obtained on www.plansnow.com but I modified the main workbench to work for my limited space and to work with my tools to maximize storage, use and mobility. The center top of the bench is removeable and adjustable in height. The top shelf is for the miter saw making it flush with the cabinet tops. The 2nd and 3rd shelves are secured to each cabinet with bolts so can be removed for moving. The router and table saw sit on the second shelf no flush with the cabinet tops. The clamp rack is a modification on the space-saving version on the web to fit both pipe and bar clamps.

Doc, this is a really nice looking shop that you have to work in. Those certainly are some nice benches and cabinets that you have added. In addition to adding invaluable storage they also help organize your shop, which is very well done I might add.

You have some nice tools to play with as well.

Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed touring your shop.

Nice workshop… GREAT utilization of space. Question though… Is that Titan on a big lift or on jack stands or something?

Nice shop. I too designed mine for mobility. It is nice to be able to move things around depending in the project.
