I have been using this fence system for a while and still have not seen another one like it, so I thought I would share it with everyone.
The fence mounts to a box that slides within a bigger box. This inner box is spring loaded to the retract position. Wedges/ramps then adjust with a knob in order to push the inner box out. This is the micro-adjustment. The whole assembly slides on the same fence system as the table saw and acts as the course adjust. As for the dust collection, it comes into a box mounted under the table where the router is mounted and collects from above (through the slot seen in the tabletop) and from below.
