Project Information
From a set of Paul Sellers Plans, a desktop organizer, in Red Oak..not counting the lid and the base panels (1/2" thick, each) sides are 4" tall…panels are 12" x 5-1/2"...ends of the box are 4-3/4" x 4"
Drawer uses both half blind dovetails and through dovetail.
A pair of 1" brass hinges for the lid. Round overs were done with a hand plane…
Finish is 2 coats of Amber Shellac. A nice, 2 week project. There IS a build along Blog
There is also a video by Sellers, from his FREE Masterclasses series of projects. I simply changed a couple details in my version, is all.
