Project Information

In order to do good work, we need sharp tools. For years, I have wanted to make a dedicated sharpening station. In this project, I started by building a sharpening pond inspired by William Ng's much larger pond. With that built, I turned my attention to a dedicated cabinet that can hold both the pond, a grinder and had a bank of drawers for all of my accessories.

To see the preview of this project you can watch a video on my website http://www.mmwoodstudio.com/online-classes/sharpening-station/ or my YouTube channel

After I finished this project I wanted to show the pond in action. Watch this video on my website with the link above or here on YouTube:

In this class you'll learn:

• Build a base and top for the pond
• Build a spigot out of oak
• Create stone holders
• Make a multipurpose shop cabinet
• And more!

Just one Matt?

- Matthew Morris
Well I just need the Pond without the cabinet under it so making me one would be easier than one for Matt. :)
