It's still a work in progress at this point but you can see from the picture that I'm in the middle of building a wall of cabinetry for storage. But I never like to build things without adding special touches so this wall of cabinets will feature dust collection ports in the toe kick area, a parking spot for my planer cart, a sitting area where me or the kids can sit and do projects and, of course, plenty of storage.

None of the lower cabinets are the same; They are all built for special purposes. For instance, the first lower on the left is pretty standard with cabinet doors and two drawers. I store large items underneath and assorted stuff in the drawers.

The next lower cabinet is all drawers. I'll use this for storing tools. Notice that the 4 top drawers are less than 3 inches deep, perfect for storing wrenches and sockets and stuff.

There will be another cabinet further down to store my compressor (and hopefully quiet it down) and another to hide the compressor hose and provide a place for the drill press.

I'll keep adding photos and details to this site as the workshop progresses.

Hi Dan,

I just got done looking at all you shop projects and I really like your shop man! I have the same saw and noticed that you have the bench dog router table on your saw. How do you like it? I was thinking about getting one but due to my shop layout I would have to mount in to the left of the blade. Do you know if it can be mounted on the left side of a left tilting saw? Anyway great shop really like the solutions that you have come up with. That all purpose bench is a wonderful addition.
