Project Information
This is a two piece unit. It stands 89 inches tall and is 38" wide by 38" deep. This project took me a year and a half to complete, not because it was difficult, but because I couldn't devote the time to working in the freezing cold temperaters of a Minnesota winter in my unheated garage. In actual work hours it took me around 60 hours. The top section is located by dowels. The sound systems subwoofer is sunk into the back behind the TV. The hinges on the door self close with rare earth magnets, which I thought was a really cool idea I saw somewhere. The TV is on a pullout swivel. The media cabinets on the side have glass shelves. It was a really fun project.
