how do you bend these. is it steam or some other process

basically you dry bend the radius then re-saw it and bend other way and mill it with a jig in a molder , a good template is very important . One does not get perfect radius either way to start with but still must fit. im not a computer guy i will try to post more of the few pictures i have Its mostly common sense and trying lots of waYS THAT DID NOT WORK AS WELL

you should do a blog on a how to. I would love to do something like this on a really small scale
