Project Information

I built this table to match an entertainment center I bought several years ago which was a one of a kind piece. The lower shelf of the coffee table was made to resemble the tambour doors on the entertainment center. The smoked glass top was to match two doors in smoked glass on the entertainment center. The rounded corners and round post style legs exist on the entertainment center as well. I guess I should have just posted a picture of the entertainment center-sure would have saved some typing!
It's all solid Oak and Ash as is the entertainment center.

That's some darn fine wood butchering, Woodbutcher! Yeah, we want to see the entertainment centrer, too. :)

Very nice! I really like the idea of complementing the elements of one piece in the other, and the tambour shelf is an especially creative way of doing that. Congratulations on a beautiful table!
