I like this idea, nice bright color's and elegant design.

One of my lessons learned. When I cnc cut MDF for a stack up like yours, I now add at least 3 or 4 dowel holes to align the parts. You can have through holes for the center pieces and partial depth holes for the ends. Then for glue up everything is aligned on long dowels. I use wooden dowels for glue ups and if the stack up is meant to disassemble I use steel bar stock with threaded ends.
Also, I often add a radius to the corners of 1x or 2x the bit diameter. Less jerky for my cnc router and mdf corners will break or dent ore easily.

And one more, it looks like you are making many passes at shallow depth, which is great for the cnc machine but leaves lines on the finished product. For MDF cut the pieces 0.002" oversized and then do one final pass at full depth to cut off the extra thickness. For real wood I like to add 0.003". I use Fusion360 so this takes less than a minute to set up.

Great inputs for sure. I am still learning the CNC stuff. I thought about the dowel thing but just did not do it. As for the corners/radiuses/final passes .. seems to be spot on.
