Project Information

This is a Woodsmith clamp cart that has been built by several other LJ's. I liked it because it seemed to hold many clamps is a small space. It is only 19" wide and fits neatly into a space against the wall. I hadn't loaded all my quick clamps when I took the pix and they go on the top little shelf on the side. I have reached the point where I know pretty much what I will build in the future and what clamps I will need. I have left a space under the short F clamps for 4 more 30" bar clamps. That should do it for me (hopefully). Thanks for looking.

Great clamp cart, I had wanted to build the same style as that, but my daughter wanted to help me with mine and we went with her design instead. I'll have to buy more clamps, then I wont have a choice but to build another one.

Bruce:

Stellar job on the clamp rack, my friend…...It looks like it will hold all the clamps you will need….No wait, I think you need a few more…you know the old saying about clamps…lol. I like the fact that you can roll it right up to your work area, and keep them close at hand when needed….Don't take up a lot of space either…Looks like maybe Birch ply? I should of did the same thing, but I built my clamp rack on the wall, since I had the room….I really like your idea…..That should work out great for you….Thanks for posting… Rick.
