Project Information

My wife and I wanted more drawer space in our closet and we were willing to give up some hanging space.

I had purchased some 3/4" cabinet grade birch ply several years ago. It had bowed so I didn't want to use it on anything special. This was the perfect project to get an inexpensive chest of drawers measuring 63" x 37" x 23" deep. 100% extension ball bearing glides were used on the 9 drawers. It's finished with 3 coats of minwax wipe on poly.

Basic, straight-forward and very attractive.
Well done.
