Project Information
This is the third dresser I've built. It's for my third child, our second son we're expecting in early November. I've learned quite a bit during this process and between the face frame and the drawers, got quite a bit of practice and gained some skill at making through dovetails. If you're interested in some additional details, I blogged the build process on my personal blog as well as my blog here at LJ. I've also posted a photo gallery of the build.
I had some fun playing with the photography on this project. Clearly I need a new camera, additional lights, "real" backdrops and some actual training! On second thought, I think I'll just deal with things as they are and put the money I save on camera gear/classes towards new tools!
Here's my daughter in her modeling debut:
Here are the other two dressers in the series:

While still far from perfect, I'm very pleased with the outcome and hope that my son will enjoy this dresser for years to come. Thanks for looking!
UPDATE:
I've posted the baby's room this piece was built for over at HomeRefurbers.com. Check it out if you're so inclined!
