Jim, Zebrawood is a favorite wood of mine. Nice to see it displayed in such fine fashion. Certainly a piece a to be proud of!

This is a very unusual, but gorgeous, carving. You did a wonderful job on it despite the difficulties that the wood presented.

No doubt zebrawood would be a difficult one to carve, but what a result. You must be pleased to have made the effort.

You did an amazing job. The one time I attempted it I ended up with 20 stitches in my hand and surgery to reconnect my hands innards 6 weeks later. I still cringe when I walk past it in the lumber shops but it sure is pretty stuff.
