Project Information

I made a bunch of these calendar frames a few years back for Christmas but I never made me one. I decided to make mine a little fancier than the ones build Norm Abrams style and did through mortise and tenons in walnut and quilted maple.

Boy this sure takes me back in time. I built and sold so many of these years ago when we were still doing shows. I also used barn wood and rustic pine. Thanks for the memories

I like them. This could be the Christmas gift I've been looking for! What holds up the calendars?

I probably should have shown that part in my video.. I just put a little brad nail in the back to hold up the calendar. I generally don't even put any hooks on the back to hang it on the wall since it has a natural overhang. Just stick some nails in the wall and you're good to go.
