Project Information

The is a Murphy Wall Bed that was completed in May 2009. It is the Bullock style murphy bed with raised panel doors as the face panel. This one was built at a 20" depth instead of the normal 16". This allowed a 5" flip up shelf to be added in the headboard. It also allowed me to cope around the customers chair rail and still have it hidden.

The bookcases have a raised panel doors covering a wardrobe section with hanging rods.

It was built using Red Oak with a provincial stain from Minwax.

Good Job on the murphy bed. Almost looks like one I built a few months back.
