Project Information

Had to trim a tree by our street which resulted in a couple nice looking branches. So I let them dry out for a couple months in the sun, removed the bark, and made this cat tree. Used particle board for the shelves and old carpet for the trim. It's supported under tension by the rope stringers. It is a little wobbly at the highest shelf when the cat jumps on or off that level. But once the wobbling relaxes the thing is stable. The cat uses it more since we placed it near a window!

Very nice! And as you can clearly see, your cat likes it a lot.
