Project Information

This is a salt cellar made of boxelder and spalted maple. I have made several of these items and this one by far is my favorite. All of my salt cellars use a stainless steel screw to secure the lid and and smooth rounded bottom to insure that no salt grains get trapped in the corners. Enjoy!

i love these wood salt cellars and have really wanted to make one.the only thing i dont like is the screw you used it detracts from the beauty of the wood.i like how you rounded your bottoms also, nice job.
