Bluetooth speaker
recycle DIY.

Portable Bluetooth speaker from recycled stuff and a cheapo China Bluetooth amplifier.

Ever since being a boy, I have loved pulling things, here me as a boy, making a string controlled theatre out of trashed TV.

And some weeks ago someone threw out a big modern flat screen TV, so I had to dig in, brought it up to my apartment and went bananas…
I removed the LCD and will use the screen as a big photo lamp.

Hope it can be to some inspiration, perhaps even some recycle.

Why do the vertical pictures become so hopeless when zooming?

The image handling code here is decades old and doesn't handle vertical photos well. Or for that matter, horizontal photos taken with a cell phone held the wrong way. It's like living in an old house with a hole in the floor that you never fix, but just keep stepping over every time down the hallway. Maybe it's good to catch a burglar?

You always inspire. Great blog…

Never know what you'll do next. Great show of combined talents. Best I do is plug things in.

Super idea, great execution, you killed it…in a good way…

Very inspirational Mads. As a young teen I couldn't tell you how many radios I took apart and tinkered with. Always good to reuse for something else.

Hi guys,
Just home from a weekend in my wee allotment house, with a friend, where we used the speaker with great joy - it sounds surprisingly well, so I'm really happy, also used it for two days, without having to charge it, so I'm really plesed.
Dave, Big laugh. Yes it's kind of amazing how noting happened, problems used to be solved within a day or two, now it's a dino in a modern world. It's a little sad and takes some of the dedication away from us all.
woodbutcherbynight, thank you, when keeping the child inside, the creativity haw a place to grow. ;-)
pottz, then you just get a small smile here, dear Pottz.
mtnwild, I never know my self, what I will be doing next… laughs. Thank you for those kind words, big smile here.
Ivan, yes the more we can learn, the more we can combine, like a giant LEGO set, in the next speaker project I will take the woodworking up a wee bit.
doubleDD, a take apart brother here, I have not really stopped being a boy on that one, still love to see what's inside - laugh.
Lew, and the sound quite warm. Smiles.
LittleBlackDuck, laugh, Harald is his name. ;-) Thank you.
Tony C, Smiles thanks, it was a really fun one, really had the being a boy feeling.
Jim, yeps, the prize were just right. Thanks.
Best of my thoughts and thanks again,
Mads
