Finally got around to doing something different. After looking at a cut off from a live edge black walnut slab I had sitting around in the shop for a couple of months I decided on making a clock. Clock hardware is a simple kit from Lee Valley, used a router to rout the back of the clock out for the mechanism. Finished the clock with a few coats of Lacquer.
