Here's another craft taken from the pages of a catalog. I made mine of clear pine. Pine because it will be painted, white, and clear so that no knots bleed thru. This was a lot of fun to make especially since the drawers in the houses do work… I did not get install the knobs when I took this pic. I do not have a lathe so I did not turn the legs; they are manufactured. I did put a breadboard end on the table top.
This is part of a bedset where the head and foot boards are picket fences and I have a plan for a blanket chest where the back will have the tops of the picket fence appearing. Pics to come when I have finished those.
