Here is the tote I made for the swap that went to Gary, doubleG469. I was a little conflicted during this build because I had an idea in my mind that would just not come together for me. But in the 11th hour this design hit me and I think it really came off well. The use of stainless rod gives it a bit of a modern twist and I have been wanting to use metal with the walnut.
I was rushed to get this packed and shipped that I had to steal a picture with beer in it from Gary. I really need to work on the photography side of my woodworking game.
All in all it was a fun quick build that was a nice distraction before fall classes start. Thanks Kenny for organizing it.
