This is a beer flight I made out of a 1/2 thick piece of poplar. I cut the cardboard from some six-packs int strips and glued them to the top of the uncut piece of wood, then made the holes for the glasses and cut out the handle. A little roundover with the router and it was all set. For the next one I think I am going to cut the holes first so i can make sure to get the nicer artwork from the six-packs on the paddle, rather then removed when the holes are made.
