The person I made the bed frame for wanted the rest of the set. So he got a nine-drawer dresser and small side tables to accompany the bed. I milled the boards to 7/8" for a heavier look. The dresser is massive - 36" wide and a whole lotta mortise & tenon joints. It weighs well over 100 lbs. The fussiest part of the dresser project was adjusting the drawer glides. The half-blind rabbetted dovetails took some care too - my first attempt. The client loves the heavy flame of plain sawn red oak, and he sure got it with this piece!
