Project Information

This is an oven rack push/puller that I am making for the craft mall. I am not totally sure what the wood is (this wood Tearen dropped off before picnic). I cut this piece and then put a coat of mineral oil on it and was shocked at the way the grain popped. Thanks so much Tearen

Hey Rustic. You are very welcome for that wood. I believe that piece was Sapele.

Yes , I believe it is Sapele or some other type of Mahogany as well. Great kitchen helper that I always forget about making until I see another one . Yours came out great . Off to the shop before I forget again : )

You know how the water reflections ripple off a fish's scales?..... this is what this reminds me of. Good selection and layout!
