This is awesome! What kind of resin did you use? I just bought a Shapeoko 3 CNC but haven't had a chance to assemble it yet. I'm a huge Royals fan as well! #ForeverRoyal

Thanks, kc fan. Here's a YouTube video I just did that shows the resin (different project but same idea),
.

Have fun with your new CNC!

Ah! KC fans… And a great project! Well done. Royals are having a decent year as well,as Cardinals. Potential for another I-70 series.

Amazing what you can create with a CNC machine.

Yes, dustyal, I need to keep playing with the CNC - I don't feel like I've even scratched the surface of capabilities yet. Thanks for the comments.

This turned out great. I see in the last picture the "KC" initials weren't installed. What are the initials made of & how did you install them?

I would like to see the Royals in the World Series again this year-I like how they built their team.

Thanks for sharing.

Bill,

All pockets and letters were done on the CNC. I'd do a pocket, pour a dyed resin, let it cure and then back on the CNC. The letters were the very last step before sanding (they are a white dyed resin). Appreciate the comments and go Royals!
