Project Information

This is just a plain simple battery hold box I modified to hold extra AA & AAA batteries. I copied the plans from one of the wood magazines and made it just a bit bigger. I use a lot of batteries. I added the extra spaces for my rechargeable batteries but haven't put them in yet. Thanks for looking and hope you enjoy.

You've just solved a big problem. Thankyou for posting this, I have the plexiglass, wood and batteries all over the place. Hope to get at it this weekend. I have saved it to favourites.

Looks like a very handy project. I have a small plastic one that never seems to hold enough and the 9v constantly fall out of it. I think I am going to be adding this to my favorites as well.

That looks great. My father-in-law just showed me that in the Mag. He said he wanted to make one too.

I need to build one. My batteries are all in a drawer and are begging for better storage.

Thanks for posting.

I have been looking for this exact thing! I was wanting to build something like this, but not sure exactly how to go about it. We have a shoebox full of batteries that always seems to have tons of junk on top of it when you need a battery…THANK YOU!!!
