I did one coat of Tung Oil and several applications of brush on lacquer.

Randy, are these coaster lips made by cutting around each one and then gluing the cut edge back on? Great looking projects you have.

Thanks Geoff, yes that's correct but the round bock is secure when doing it by way of a wood screw through the center of the round block fastened up against 1/2" ply resaw jig, the top coaster will sometimes have a screw hole in it but that's easily fixed with some wood glue and sawdust.
