very cool. would be such a shame having to put friction stickers on those. how many laminations are in there?

5 laminations. I have sold a number at charity events and most people hang them on the wall.

That makes one cool looking skate board. I can see why they hang it on the wall ( too pretty to mess up!)

Beautiful! Yes, too bad you have to add grip tape to ride it! How strong is it compared to a standard deck?

Will be selling only the decks and plan to be up and running in 4-6 weeks. Since bamboo is a grass these boards are very hard to break. I am told they skate well. If you need to put tape on them, they make clear tape. The bottom will always be there to look at.

Nevertheless, great design, great execution, and great plan!
