Workshop Information

Location
United States
My workshop for now, and in the foreseeable future is my garage, and it is a shared space in a double car garage, with the Harley, and storage items, as well as the kids bikes. So it is rather small, but I am working on maximizing every inch of space that I can, so I can move, and be able to build the project, and still be safe while doing it. I built my own work bench, and even though it isn't huge, it is heavy and well constructed, at least I think. Have most of the basic tools to work with so far, table saw, miter saw, band saw, drill press, couple of hand sanders, some hand held tools. Plan on expanding out the shop list a little, and add a belt disc sander and scroll saw. Still have to build my router table, going to work on that hopefully in the next couple of weeks. Not a professional shop by no means, and not a business, for me this is for relaxation, and just the love of trying to make something out of wood, and have it turn out the way I invision it, so far a little short on the last part, but I am a novice.

Is that a kobalt table saw? That is what i have, if so then i dont envy you making the zci for it. I had to redo mine once and am still not thrilled with them but they do work.

Looks like a good selection of tools and though tight on space, at least you are inside. :)

I would suggest throwing a tarp or a fitted cover over the bike when you are in there working. It will sure save a lot of cleaning when you want to ride.

Yea it is a kobaltkobalt and yea the zero clearance was a pain to make. I stopped using it because it jumped out of the throat at a turn on needs to be heavier. Will work on that. But hey it's now a cabinet saw instead of a contractor saw. Going to work on the cabinet some more to until I get it to where I want.

Yes being inside is nice, but I'm in TN, so we still have nice weather for a while.

Thank you for the wlecomes.
