A friend gave me some nice antlers a couple of months ago. He's getting them back.
Wood is Western Red Cedar. I epoxied some nuts in the skull after making spots with a keyhole router bit. I was going to boil and bleach the skull but it was bone dry by the time I got to it. It sure is problematic trying to get a finish on in 40 degree rainy weather.
