Project Information

Oak with a taste of scrap Rosewood.
Inside dimensions are 9.25×3.5×5.75" with a bottom lining of 1/2" Kaizen foam
Lacquer finish. I usually spray 10 coats with a 320 grit sanding in between and a final sanding of 500 grit..
I hope to have 4 or 5 more completed for the upcoming show

You have definitely got the design down. They all looks great!

You changed the design somewhat. I kow this one was more mill work and I like the 'square' corners as well as the beveled edges on the lid and base. The rosewood does a nice job accenting the oak.

This looks very nice, great accent with the Purpleheart. You could call these gun cases too.

Not my favorite combination of woods of the saws you have shown. that is just personal preference. Your saws over all have inspired me enough to want to try making something simular… They are beautiful..
