Hi, I'm a full time furniture maker and my shop is deep in the woods of Northumberland County, Virginia. I can make all the noise I want, here! Here's a video link to a shop tour I did four years ago:

The video and pix are really dated. My shop is nowhere near as open, any more. You can get a better idea of what it really looks like by watching any of my recent videos (YouTube channel AndyPitts1000) at https://www.youtube.com/user/AndyPitts1000.

I agree, Bill, and the view out my window is thick Virginia forest. Really sets the mood for furniture making.

Hi Andy, nice looking shop. I hope that my work travels take me in your direction one of these days so I can stop for a visit.

I am working on the other project that we had been emailing about so I will send it to yousoon.

Andy, that is certainly one of the finest shops that I have ever seen and I know that you must be very proud of it. Thanks for the wonderful video tour.

Thanks for the great comments. The video is several years old and the deck is not as shiny as it once was, but the finish that Lumber Liquidators uses is really durable. Not even a hint of a bare spot. Wish my home's floors were as durable.

Glad to see you on LJ's, Andy. I too spent time in the Navy and spoke with you on the phone a few times. I love your shop and your furniture.

Cheers.
