That is an awesome Idea. I an thinking of making one for myself since I will be retiring this year. I had a thought for the blue glass. Have you thought about blue 2 way glass so you can put LED's under the glass and you could put additional items under the glass. I think I am going to try it. Or even just to light up the blue glass using LED's would be pretty cool I think.
