My work bench
well i stared this project at the end of August it is still not quit done but I just couldn't wait to share it. The finishing touches are to scrape the entire thing I think iam going to put the$9.99 out there and try out that bronco scraper. Also to finish my truing tail vice. Well this job was made out of a lot of different things such as old stair runners oak 1.5×1.5 off cuts from a friend old pews that were in his basement for years and as well as a 3' 4'-21/4 maple slab from an old school workshop. The drawer cabints are made up from mdf and 3/4 plywood as well as the drawers them self with some oak plywood as fronts. 3''3'' oak legs mortised and tenon together.there are about 3 sheets of construction grade plywood 1 sheets or mdf 2 sheets of 1/4 mdf for the drawer bottoms and a hell of alot of oak and maple needless to say it ways about 1000 pounds with all the tools my and by buddy could not move it.

Let me know what you think . Iam olny 18 and I plain on working on this bench foe a while
Thanks Adam Thorpe Pickering

Adam, this is a gorgeous bench. I really like the storage that you have added underneath the bench. Storage space is always at a premium in the shop and putting this much storage in otherwise "dead" space is a good idea that helps you organize your hand tools. The rest of your shop looks to be well organized as well.

Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed touring your shop.
