The second is called Crushed Mud I won in a contest on a penturners site
The third looks like Ebonite no way to get a shine on it
The fourth is a blank called Photochromaic I also won
The fifth is called Carribean Cove I bought locally
The last one is called Rainbow Candy Stripe a freebie in a recent order for pen supplies. I f you want to know the vendors site let me know by PM as they are great to work with.

Seer,
These look great. Photochromaic is my favorite one. I've been turning a few pens lately, and have been improving the finish on them, from your suggestions. I've bought a few acrylic blanks but have yet to turn them, mainly because I've heard what a pain they are to drill out. Thanks for the pictures

Tim drilling the acrylic is actuall;y easier to get them straight as there is no grain for the bit to follow. Just go slow and back the bit out often to clear it. Some say to vut it extra long and then cut the end off for the hole, others put a small waste block at the end, I jsut go slow when I get near the end and cut them a little longer.
