Love it! Just saw a program on the Travel Channel on these little things. Very nice detail, not overstated at all. What was the inspiration for the flare from the door back to the top of the wheelhouse?

Peg, my client, works in stained glass. She sent me a sketch, I took it from there, in wood.

I took about 200 hours, part-time.

Welcome to LumberJocks, Steve. I think these little boogers are neat. I'm not sure I could sleep in one though. Seems a little tight. Great job.

That is just to cool. I lived in a Spartan "1953" and just love those old wooden trailers. Now I really love the new wooden trailers! Thanks for sharing.

Man oh man! I have always wanted to have/build one of these. I'm partial to the backpacking flavor of camping but always thought this was the way to go when the early winter arrives. You know, that time just after autumn but before all you want to do is curl up with a book by the fire every evening. Thanks for sharing this!
