When you get tired of the stool, you can cave in the top a little and try to sell it to a dentist as a molar tooth display.

Its not bad at all to work, but does have some drawbacks. The worst is poison splinters that will swell & fester. its super heavy & doesnt lose much weight in drying. It has some oil in it that retards rot, so people use them for fence & ground contact. I call these timbers, because they paid too much for them to be called posts! As far as cutting its kind of soft compared to cherry, walnut, maple & the like.
The stool is kind of toothy lookin for sure. a lot of the locust has a bottom like that. It is mostly a yellow color.
Thanks, Ted
