This was my first woodworking project - an end grain chopping board (we all have to start somewhere!).
I made this back in September/October for my Aunt's birthday.
I chose timbers with striking grain patterns - Ash, Oak, and Sapele.
Apart from the lack of symmetry top to bottom with the pattern (yes, poor planning!), I'm fairly happy with it. My Aunt won't use it though!
