Hi there. I use a laser printer and print the wording (or in this case, the badge). Then I stick sellotape over the picture and rub on the picture. The ink then transfer to the sellotape. Then I cut out the picture and lay it in water for a few minute. Then very gently rub off the white paper on the back of the sellotape. Don't worry, the glue on the sellotape won't get off. Then I use a cloth and dab the access water on the glue side of the sellotape off. Then just stick the badge on the required place. Make sure the surface where you are going to stick the badge on is smooth. I even stick my badges on after I have varnished the model. Hope this will help you.
